If Azerbaijan have a president who thinks the whole Azerbaijan when we have more chance to make it quite free from all thieves.Thus, current presidents are busy round of oil money with their families and are not interested in building Azerbaijan.with the police and public safety there is considerable corruption anybody buying police or bribe the police to purchase their freedom and you could say the President does not see what is happening in Azerbaijan and the people have no security guaranteed
